PARTNERSHIP -We pay twice as much and you stay in control of your client.
- We pay 50% on true warm referrals, not leads (if you want to send leads, we pay 25%).
- You will be the point person - You are still their professional consultant. We will be working for you with you.
- We have a team of showing agents and assistants to do the heavy lifting.
- We will have a joint conference call to explain how our services work.
- You will set up the search parameters with us.
- All communication will be joint communication. all parties will be cc'd to you and to us.
Buyers:
- Buyers must sign Buyer's agency agreement with Network Real Estate
- We will show homes in as little as two hours subject to appointment availability and occupant cooperation
- You will pay a per-home showing fee
- You will pay a Transaction Coordinator fee.
- You will work with the client to determine an offer in consultation with the buyer and ourselves.
- We will not waste our time or yours. All buyers will be pre-approved by our lender of choice prior to showing homes. However, buyers are not obligated to use this lender.
- Properties must be in population centers, Rural Properties will not be at 50%, call us to find out what we can do.
Sellers:
- Sellers must sign an exclusive right-to-sell listing agreement with Network Real Estate.
- We charge a 6% commission: 3% to the buyer's agent and 3% to us of which we will pay you 50%.
- We will run comps and a CMA as well as an AVM.
- We along with the seller will agree on a listing price.
- You will pay a sign and lockbox installation fee
- You will pay a Transaction Coordinator fee.
- You will pay for a professional photographer
